I’m Hope Allen, the hands and heart behind The Tender Method.

Touch is where the magic begins.

With over twenty years in spa and hospitality, I discovered that a truly exceptional facial has never been about products, machines, or rushing through steps. It has always been about touch. Real, skilled, intentional touch that transforms the skin not from the outside in, but from the inside out.

I specialize in massage-forward facials that work with fascia, circulation, and the nervous system. Through C-tactile touch, I influence how the body responds, supporting restoration, regulation, and visible change in the skin. Aging isn’t just something we see on the surface. It reflects what is happening beneath it, and when those underlying systems shift, the skin responds in remarkable ways.

Touch is my superpower.

From this philosophy, The Tender Method was born, a sequence guided by compassion, skill, and intention. It is rooted in the understanding that the most powerful thing you can bring into a treatment room is your presence and your tenderness.
